Creating Your Package

The base program package starts at $1000* and includes:

Team portrait, and 1 game of action.

Full program design - You can choose from any 3 design templates as a base!

Up To 24 customized pages.** (Does NOT include covers or our ads, those are free!)

25 printed programs and a digital version to share online.
*We offer a discounted base rate if you use Blue Cardinal's advertisers in addition to your own. Please contact Blue Cardinal for more details.
**This can include: Ads, team roster, game schedules, senior page, senior bios, player bios, action etc..
We will handle layout, You just let us know everything you want included.

Schedule Photos
We will schedule your team for their photoshoot and will work with you to take photos at your desired location.
*Photos by BC required for programs
Send Us Your Ads
Send us all information that you want in the program at least 10 days before your due date.
Such as:
1. Ads
2. Rosters / Schedules
3. Coach / Team Letter
4. Senior Bios
Design & Approval
We will design your program, adding in photos, ads, etc. We will then send it to you for final approval or edits.
Design typically takes
3-5 business days.
Printing & Pickup
5-10 business days after design approval, your program will be ready for pickup at 232 S. 9th Street, Lebanon, PA.
We may be able to coordinate a drop off at your school.
Ad Page Specs + Needed Information
"Ad Pages" are considered any 8.5" x 11" page you add to the program that is reserved for advertisers or sponsors.
Ad Size Guide
You can sell your ads at any size you wish, but for best results, we suggest these ad sizes:

Business Card – 3.5″ wide x 2″ high (prints 8 per page)

Quarter Page – (prints 4 per page)

Half Page – 5.5″ wide x 4″ high (prints 2 per page)

Full Page – 8″ wide x 11″ high (prints 1 per page)
Note: All ads must be supplied as PRINT READY (high-resolution PDF or JPEG). We can design your ads if needed for an extra $95/hr. We can also scan business cards as ads, but they may incur an additional charge.

Deadline
Please notify us of your desired due date at the beginning of the project. All materials must be submitted digitally to our team 10 days prior to your due date. We will design your program within 3-5 business days and then send you a PDF to approve. After approval, we will need approx. 5-10 business days for print. We will contact you when they’re ready for pick-up, or we can deliver for an additional cost.
